Tip #1

Drink LOTS of water.

It’s cliche but true. For instance, if you drink a glass of water before every meal, you consume less, which can be both a good and bad thing. Just remember to stay healthy. In addition, if you have any cravings between meals, drink water because many times your body just needs more water. We misinterpret these cravings and eat more, which is not our goal. If you still feel hungry after drinking water, have a small and healthy snack like fruit or vegetables.
